SILVER

  • Set-up & tear down of tables/chairs
  • All clean-up
  • 60” round tables (seat 8 people per table) & head table with various configurations
  • Full length white linens to the floor (we place)
  • Silverware & china plates on buffet/disposable napkins & cups/water station
  • Custom room layout for your event

GOLD

  • Includes all items from Silver package
  • Silverware, linen napkins (16 color choices), & water goblets set at each place setting
  • Wine glasses for bar use
  • Champagne glasses for head table
  • 3 bistro (cocktail) tables with linens
  • Cake cutting by Blue Heron Staff, you supply disposable plates/forks
  • Fire in the fire ring (you may bring s’mores)

PLATINUM

  • Includes all items from Silver & Gold packages
  • Choice of white, black, or ivory linens placed on the tables
  • Specialty lighting & draping behind head table (if desired)
  • Uplighting (up to 8 lights)
  • Charger plates (silver, gold, copper, or white with brown rim )
  • White or black mantle
  • Glass appetizer plates
  • Champagne glasses (up to 150)
  • Beer glasses for bar use
  • Popcorn or candy display (candy is not provided; popcorn is)
  • Lemonade & coffee station during cocktail hour
  • Chairs – discounted price in reception room-white ceremony chairs $1.50 each OR chaircovers & ties $2.50 each (set-up/teardown incl)

(without coordinator)

  • Use of space for rehearsal (no coordinator present)

  • Wedding ceremony chair set up andtear down (up to 200 chairs) – additional chairs available for $1.50 each
  • Outdoor services may be limited during the off-season

*You will still have a reception (day-of) coordinator, but not a coordinator to help with your rehearsal or ceremony with the $600 package.
